I’ve been using the Guide since its inception and have recommended it to my SEO students for a while now. The Guide seems to be aimed at beginners and takes you through the page titles, descriptions tags, site structure and so on, although many of the sections will be helpful to anyone.
Important to understand all SEO terminology
Although the Guide is aimed at beginners some of the terminology is not always so easily understood. For instance terms like nofollow, anchor text and crawlers don’t really mean anything to the newcomer, but are very important to understand fully in relation to success with SEO.
