SEO Tips: Image alt tags. The forgotten SEO opportunity

In my experience almost no one completes the image alt tags on their web pages even though they present a great opportunity for SEO.

But what to write? To some extent anything is better than nothing. Say what the image is, mention location and say how it relates to the page text.

Things not to do is make the image alt tags all the same, and whatever you do don’t just stuff them full of keywords.
