I’ve been looking into this and have come up with some interesting results
We’re constantly being told by those in the know that social media is the greatest business marketing opportunity that’s come along for years. But is this really true? How many sales or leads is social media bringing into businesses? What’s the return on investment (ROI), the investment often being your time, which is obviously time spent not doing other things.
Results show social media can work but needs a different approach
So I’ve deceided to do some research and try and find out just how much actual hard value social media activity is adding to the bottom line for businesses; is social media really worth all the time people are spending on it?
To do this I’ve asked some of my clients, who are activitly using social media if I can dig into their Google Analytic reports, and see just what social media is bringing to their bottom line.
