The Dashboard is really useful because it offer a very quick and visual way to see how well your website is doing in the search engines. There are six charts in total each one illuminating a different aspect of how the site is ranking.

To help you get the best from the Dashboard I’m going to take you through the charts and outline what information each one provides.

The dashboard is broken into two sections: ‘Rankings’ – average rank, rank trending and keyword changes since last collection and ‘Web Presence’ – data from Majestic and Alexa regarding the popularity of the website.

Rankings Charts

Average Google Rank
The average Google ranking for all the keywords included in the account. The rank is shown going up on the left against a date rage along the bottom.

Rank Trending
This chart shows the different movements in Google since the last data collection.

Keyword Changes
Comparisons of the ranking from the last collection, compared with the previous one.

Web Presence Charts

Trust Flow and Citation Flow
These figures are taken from MajesticSEO. Over two charts you can see how these metrics move over time and are currently at. Citation Flow is a number predicting how influential a URL might be based on how many sites link to it. Trust Flow is a number predicting how trustworthy a page is based on how trustworthy sites tend to link to trustworthy neighbours.

Alexa Rank Chart
Alexa rank is taken from It is a measure for the popularity of the page. So for example, a rank of 3 would indicate a website is third most popular on the internet.
